If the shelf life exceeds, lifetime technical service support will be provided. 5. Response time: If quality problems occur within seven working days or the operation causes inconvenience to users, the company promises to replace the equipment for free within three working days. Problem: The UV light does not turn on or goes out by itself
Reason 1: UV lamp aging. Solution: Replace the UV light. Reason 2: The power supply voltage is less than 10%. Solution: Increase the voltage. Reason 3: Insufficient air cooling. Solution: Clear the air duct and clean up debris on the fan and rotor wheel.
Problem: The UV machine cannot be automatically turned off after all the UV lights are turned off
Reason of failure: Reason of failure: The delay device is damaged. Solution: Replace the delay device.
Problem: UV machine mesh belt deviation
Cause of the failure: The mesh belt is not evenly tightened at the left and right sides. Solution: Readjust the belt adjustment screws.
Problem: There is a control power supply, but the light cannot be turned on and the abnormal light on the control panel is not turned on
Reason 1: The UV lamp tube is old or deteriorated. Solution: Replace the UV lamp tube. Reason 2: The main circuit fuse blows. Solution: Check and replace the main circuit fuse. Check whether the main loop line is loose and short to ground, check whether the main transformer of the UV equipment is faulty, and check whether the capacitor is faulty.
Problem: Unable to automatically switch all half lights
Cause of the fault: The signal linked with the printing press was abnormal, and the manual and automatic mode switches were not switched to the automatic position. Solution: Check whether the signal line with the printing machine is not connected, broken or loose.
Problem: Transformer temperature is too high
Reason 1: The power supply voltage is higher than 10%. Solution: Reduce the machine input voltage and strengthen ventilation. Reason 2: Poor ventilation around the machine. Solution: Clean and unblock the environment around the machine to ensure smooth ventilation.
